YWCA 2018 Connecting the Community Award

“I strongly support YWCA’s Safe & Affordable Housing program because we all want a place to call home, feel safe and for our children to thrive. As the foundation of all other programs, safe and affordable housing provides women with choices beyond paying rent or buying groceries; keeping their children warm or safe; living with abuse or on the street” – Carol Robinson

Our team is so proud of Carol Robinson for her YWCA Metro Vancouver Women of Distinction Awards 2018 nomination. Please take a moment and vote for her for the Connecting the Community Award. With the most votes, Scotiabank will donate $10,000 to Safe & Affordable Housing on Carol’s behalf.

You can vote daily until May 11th, 2018 here: https://ywcavan.org/programs/women-distinction-awards/connecting-community-award
